Achieve a modern, elegant look with European Larch Shadow Gap cladding. This high-quality timber offers natural durability and resistance to decay, making it an ideal choice for exterior and interior applications. The Shadow Gap profile creates a striking linear effect with clean lines and subtle depth, adding a contemporary touch to any project.

Known for its warm golden tones and distinctive grain pattern, European Larch enhances both traditional and modern architectural styles. The timber’s density and stability minimise warping, ensuring a long-lasting, visually appealing finish. For added protection and to maintain its vibrant colour, a stain treatment is recommended. Sustainably sourced, European Larch Shadow Gap cladding is an eco-friendly choice, ideal for builders and designers seeking a robust yet stylish material.

Board Run

It's important to tell us which way your cladding will be running as depending on the desired orientation of your cladding, the timber needs to be cut differently.

Vertical run cladding naturally channels water downwards, however if cut incorrectly horizontal profile boards may trap water inside the shadow gaps, making it more susceptible to weather-related issues like rot. To combat this, horizontal boards are cut with a slight angle in the gaps to help the water run off, while vertical boards retain a nice crisp edge.
